The French Culinary Connection- Mardi Gras Style


Great collaboration between French and Culinary classes:

"Last Tuesday, French classes and Culinary joined forces and celebrated Mardi Gras. We all learned about the Tradition and the History of Mardi Gras and sampled delicious Mardi Gras inspired food!
King's Cakes, Bugnes de Lyon (Beignets), and Quiches of all kinds! Ms. O'Quinn also invited a professional saxophone player to jazz it up!"
