Our Academy Specialist, Rachel Sotelo, shared the following post with me.:"Chef Johnson and 2 Academy Ambassadors (Nathan Guttierez and Rachel Harris) put on a demonstration for Walsh Middle School Career Day. The chef discussed careers and opportunities and his experience. The ambassadors entertained the students with food art demonstrations and discussed their plans for their future education and career."
