Ms. Baldon, our administrative assistant, who coordinates the exemption process on our campus has created a timeline for this fall semester's exemptions. I am attaching it below. If you have questions or concerns about the process, please email Melanie_Baldon@roundrockisd.org your questions.
Please be aware that students are required to attend all of their final periods during finals' week. Students must be in attendance, even for those classes they have exempted. This is a district policy.
You will find the document outlining Fall Semester Exemptions by clicking on exemptions. Also, our Fall Final Exam Schedule can be accessed by clicking on the word Final.

What's Up? End of the 6 weeks, Computer Science I Speakers, and Jazz Cafe
Interesting news from the Cedar Ridge Computer Science Team, Ms. Joy Windell and Mr. Adrian Prado, concerning special speakers who visited their Computer Science 1 classes.
There is a lot going on at the Ridge. Today is the last day of the 2nd 6-week marking period. Report cards will be distributed to students in their 2nd period classes on Thursday, November 10th. Just as a heads-up, the 3rd 6-weeks marking period ends Thursday, December 15, but grades will not be distributed until Thursday, January 5, 2017. Wow! I can't believe 2017 is right around the corner!
Cedar Ridge Choir is presenting their annual Jazz Cafe tonight, November 4th and tomorrow night, November 5th at 7:00 pm. The show features the Cedar Ridge Headliners, directed by Vivian Rodriquez. You can purchase tickets early by going to the ticket link here. The reserved tickets are $15 and include preferred seating, dessert, and a drink. The general admission tickets are $10. This is a fun night you won't want to miss! These students are amazingly talented singers both individually and collectively!
